If you want to monitor an Android device, you'll first need to access the target phone and follow the steps to install the software and gain the necessary permissions.

For monitoring an iPhone, you must jailbreak the device. However, this process is technically challenging and carries the risk of detection, so I do not recommend it. Since I have not used a jailbroken device, the following review will focus only on Android devices.
